Is it possible for me to get a refund?
You are only eligible for such reimbursements, which are granted on all orders returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise mentioned in the promotion terms and conditions. All refunds are made using the same payment method as was used to make the purchase.
How long does it take to process refunds?
We will handle your refund after your return has been mailed back to us. Depending on how you made the payment, it may take up to 3-5 business days for your money to get in your account. However, third-party delays may occur, for which we will not be held liable.
How can I receive a refund if I paid using a gift card or shop credit?
If you purchased with a gift card or store credit and chose a refund, the money will be credited back to the gift card you used.
I used many payment methods and wanted a refund. How will I recoup my losses?
If you use a combination of store credit, Buy Now Pay Later/credit card, and other payment methods, the store credit will be reissued and the remaining reimbursed to the other payment method. All additional payments will be reimbursed to you if we approve and/or if we are completely satisfied.
How does refunds work in conjunction with buy now, pay later options?
We issue a refund to Afterpay or Klarna. The amount of the refund you get in your local bank will be determined by the performance of your payments and might take 3-5 business days.
How can I suspend my instalments if I utilised Afterpay or Klarna?
We are unable to cancel or stop your payments. We recommend that you visit the website of the purchase now, pay later service you use for more precise information about their returns and how this impacts your instalments.
